The Nowlins made their annual July pilgrimmage to camp at our place at Tullgarn. After their long drive, we took them up the newly cleared path to the outlook point for an evening snack of local cheese and sausage.
Monday was predicted to be the only day of decent weather, so we headed to Stendörrens Nature preserve.
In the evening a paella was served, as requested.
Tuesday was incredibly hot and muggy, heaven for bugs but not as wet as predicted. We barbecued pastrami and beans, and grilled some corn harvested from the garden.
On Wednesday the rains came, 60mm at Tullgarn, so we headed to the city.
Upon arrival home, a French family cycling around the world had arrived to camp at our place for the night.
