It's fall, no doubt about it. The air is brisk and there's plenty to do a the cabin.
This pumpkin had really thick flesh. We hollowed it out with a spoon carving knife and cooked down the excess into 3 liters of concentrated pulp.
Pizzas baked on the grill outside. A pumpkin sauce on the left, and two made with funnel chanterelles and homemade bacon.
